How long has SKV Engineering Constructions been building?
Since 1988. S.K.V Engineering Constructions was founded by S.K. Vasudevan and S.V. Rangarajan, and has completed 18 residential apartment projects in Srirangam as well as more than 200 individual houses in Trichy.
Which project is available now?
SKV Vishwarupa at Mangamma Nagar, Srirangam: 8 deluxe apartments with a lift, covered car parking for every flat and a DTCP-approved plan. Call us for availability, prices and a site visit.
Where is your office?
Our office is on Amma Mandapam Road, Srirangam, Trichy – 620006. Please call before you visit so that we can make sure the right person is available.
Can I see the site and the plans?
Yes. Call us or send an enquiry and we will arrange a convenient time to show you the site, the floor plans and the specification.
Can I get a home loan for an SKV apartment?
Our recent projects, SKV Padmavati and SKV Vishwarupa, are described in their brochures as eligible for bank housing loans. The loan itself is approved by your bank according to its own criteria.
Apartment Projects
Which apartment project is available now?
SKV Vishwarupa at Mangamma Nagar, Srirangam is our current project: 8 apartments from 1,025 to 1,603 sq ft. Please call us for availability and prices.
Are the flats eligible for bank loans?
The SKV Vishwarupa brochure states the title is encumbrance-free and the project is eligible for bank loans. The loan amount and approval are decided by each bank under its own rules.
Individual Houses
Do you build houses on a customer's own plot?
Yes. Besides our own apartment projects, we construct individual houses on customers' plots in Trichy — more than 200 so far.
