Plans, images and areas

Elevations and 3D views are artist's impressions. Floor plans and flat areas are as given in the project brochures and may be revised; please confirm the details for a particular flat with us before booking.

Approvals and loans

Building plan approvals and RERA registrations are granted by the relevant authorities, and housing loans are approved by banks according to their own criteria. Approval numbers shown for a project can be checked with the issuing authority.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or a booking. We will contact you to discuss your requirement.
